Obviously, the past 3 years has been tough for hotels, but as China is announcing to open up to the world again, our team at Alliance Hospitality has also marked major milestones by opening two new hotels: DoubleTree by Hilton Kunming Airport (285 rooms), and Wyndham Xiong’An New District (383 rooms) outside of Beijing!

Alliance Hospitality managed the entire project development cycle, from feasibility study, design, and construction, to the pre-opening and final debut of these two internationally branded hotels.
It was a long and fulfilling journey to work with owners, management companies, designers, suppliers, and more, to be able to deliver the project expectations.

The DoubleTree in Kunming has also marked the 500th hotel in Great China, together with our partners at Hilton, we celebrate the continued success of their achievements in the region!
